The Imaginary Burned Bridge

You started one day, and you were so pumped to get fitness on the books for you and began to travel down the road to getting fit and feeling strong. Then one day, it ended.

Maybe you feel disappointed, or upset, embarrassed, or neutral. Maybe you miss it, but financially couldn’t continue or had a life altering event. That’s okay. It happens.

We hear the catch phrase ‘gymtimidation’ whether it pertains to someone starting at a gym, using the ‘little weights’ instead of the ‘big weights’ or wearing a hoodie instead of a muscle t. I just want to let you know, it doesn’t matter to me why you left, where you’ve gone, what has happened, or why you haven’t been able to reach out – you’re always welcome!

More than anyone I understand that life happens and sometimes we make changes, which could include dropping our fitness routine.

Now as the motivational, caring coach – I always want people to know it’s important to always stay healthy, have an outlet for those emotions, have some ‘you’ time, and not let something get in the way of you being your best self.

Listen, I’ve been ghosted (if you’re reading this and think, ‘oh that was me!’ rest assured, I’m not calling one person out at all – it happens quite often!) but it is life and it happens. I also know that the convenience of having an online remote coach can be comforting for some who have anxiety about working out and having face to face conversations. I know that my online remote coaching is also extremely convenient for many clients who have insane work schedule and are trying to balance work, family, life, and fitness.

Many of my clients are not happy with their body image and lack confidence. I’m here for that too.

Many of my client have never worked out before and are afraid they ask too many questions, or they are annoying. News Flash! You are not! You are also not alone, that is my job!

Many clients have been star athletes in their early years in high school or college – they also forget that back then our lives could be devoted to sports, so we were constantly moving! It can be challenging to figure out how to fit a workout in after a double shift in the ER or as a first responder, or working a full day and getting dinner, bath time, and bedtime completed by a certain deadline to avoid complete and total child meltdowns.

Whatever it is, I get it. If you need to leave, you can always come back, but you just have to let me know so I can open the virtual door back up! There are no bridges burned if you’ve left – however you have left Mutch Fitness, and I just want to make sure everyone knows that!
