I would guess the past 365 days has been a bit draining for everyone in some way. Our lives drastically changed when our world was shut down and a pandemic swept over the world. Depression, anxiety, and fear mixed with low motivation, changed routines, and being locked inside has given a new set of challenges to all of us.

We’ve woken up to centuries of racism and murder, and we fear what we will wake up to tomorrow.
