Ladies, listen up. I hate working out. In all honesty, I loathe any form of exercise. However, we all know we should be doing something to get our heart rate up on a regular basis... so much when I finally — and this took some time — made the decision to take action on that ideal, I timidly approached Ashley through FB. Secretly, I crossed my fingers that it would take her long enough to respond that I could justify my inaction. Alas, it did not. Within an hour, I received a response - encouraging, embracing and god dammit, non-judgmental- outlining the ways that Mutch Fitness could help me achieve my goals. I filled out the 2 min and questionnaire and sent it in.


To my surprise - I learned four things in Ashley’s response: 1) The fee is CHEAP. Mark my words: you’ll spend more in two hours with a personal trainer than you will in a month with Mutch Fitness, and you’ll get so much more out of it. 2) Ashley is on POINT. Responsive, attentive, and more importantly, she gets what you’re looking to achieve. 3) accountability is key. I don’t want to disappoint this person who is so invested in helping me achieve my goals. 4) it’s so so doable. For real. Like even after the kids are in bed or before they get up or if they’re there participating. 30 mins three days a week - we can all find time for that.

It’s been more than a month now, and I’ve learned even more about this program: 1) it’s NEVER boring. New workouts and tasks each time - the variety is great! 2) it’s hard work, but the sense of accomplishment I feel after each workout is unparalleled. I honestly feel like a goddess every time I check off “completed” on my tasks 3) people keep asking if I’ve lost weight / been working out?! What?! OTHER people are noticing my progress!

I’m so proud that I’ve stuck with this, and I couldn’t ask for a better “coach”. I’m feeling so good about myself and that’s all thanks to Ashley and Mutch Fitness. Do this for yourself right now!

After two babies in two years and not being able to workout while pregnant due to complications, I am now overweight out of shape and in need of a structured exercise routine. Coach Ash is exactly the kick in the ass I needed this year! I started her program at the beginning of the year and am really happy with it so far! Her workouts are always diverse and interesting, and she programs for whatever equipment you have available.

The accountability / having to report back to Ash is what has gotten me out of bed and working out week after week, even when I really really (i mean really...) don't want to.

I started with a 6 week challenge and I've decided to stick with coach Ash because I need her! I need someone to just tell me what to do and to hold me accountable otherwise fitness doesn't exist in my life, I'm bad about this stuff. she keeps me motivated, checking in often, and encouraging me along the way.  She is really down to earth and fun, I enjoy joking with her as I complain about how much I hate her for making me healthy. Her workouts are creative and different, which is great to keep me interested. She is also very flexible- wanna work out at home, cool she's got plans for that even if you don't have much equipment; go to a gym cool she will use the equipment available to you; going on vacation, oh she's got plenty for you to keep up with working out anywhere! My favorite part about this program though is the price. Its training I can actually afford which means I can keep doing it and not just yoyo exercise as usual. I have been working with Ashley and Mutch Fitness, LLC for close to a month and a half. Within that time frame I lost pounds, inches and gained a so much strength and confidence. And the craziest part is...that I have never met her face to face!

Everything is thru the 'remote coaching' app. Now, first I was skeptical, but Ashley takes no crap! As you sit on the couch flipping thru the Hallmark channel trying to get out of a workout (not that i have ever done this! Promise!), Ashleys voice pops into your head and with love and fear, you get up and get your workout done! This accountability is exactly what I needed to get out of my comfort zone. Along with nutrition support and answering my questions at midnight...she is always there!

I made a goal for myself, to compete in my first ever powerlifting competition and Ashley is there every. single. day. to push me to be the best I can be, even when I don't see it sometimes. She lends an ear when you have doubts, and then she turns around and motivates you to hit your goals.

I am into my 3rd week with Coach Ash and I am HOOKED. I notice my motivation builds the further I get in any workout regimen, so getting encouragement from Ashley really puts Mutch Fitness over the edge! My prior exercise habits were pretty dismal- running schedule through an app, new "favorite" fitness channel on youtube, etc. and I stuck with none of them. It's only been two and half weeks with Mutch Fitness and I am all in! The level of personalization, customization, and flexibility with this program makes all the difference. You can't reschedule last minute with a personal trainer but you can with Coach Ash! HOWEVER- it better fall within the week because missing a workout is out of the question (I love this level of accountability. Now the workouts themselves- they are challenging but not impossible, with a gradual build up (I'm in week 3, and after 7 workouts I'm feeling stronger but the workouts are still kicking my butt). Some have been REALLY challenging, but that is a nod to 1) not having been in any exercise habit before 2) how EFFECTIVE the routines are. Lastly, this is affordable, especially compared to personal training. This is beyond worth the investment and I'm excited to see more progress! Thanks, Coach Ash! Can't recommend Mutch Fitness enough!

When I started working with Ashley and MutchFitness about a month ago, it was an impulsive decision that is already proving to be one of the best recent decisions I’ve made. So I was following this personal trainer on fb for a few months because someone I knew was raving about her and her "remote training". How can anyone kick your ass remotely? So i followed and then one day I see a post from her on my neighborhood fb page, so I thought the universe must be telling me to reach out. I did. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Remote training doesn't at all mean what I thought it would, never see the trainer, you message with questions you MIGHT hear back, you're doing movements wrong and there's never any correction. Boy was I wrong. Ash Mutch, is by far the bomb when it comes to listening to what my goals are and what I enjoy doing. Remote training means freedom to workout whatever time is best for you with what equipment you have avail. Not waiting to meet someone or driving to a crowded gym if you don't want to. I didn't even have to buy any equipment. My workouts have been on point and a real ass kicking has been handed to me each time. If you think personal training is to expensive or too much of a time commitment check her out and guaranteed you'll change your mind!

"I first met Ash over brunch a few years back. Mutual affection for a serious brunch menu clearly connected us. About a year or so later, I walked into her gym. Not only was she a badass athlete, she also happened to be a coach. She recognized me right away...clearly my fine taste in brunch selections made me memorable.
