During your consultation we will first discuss why remote coaching may be the best choice for you to incorporate movements and fitness consistently into your lifestyle. We will go over challenges that may have prevented you from staying on course prior to contacting Mutch Fitness. We 100% cater to client needs in every way possible, this includes limited mobility, injuries, and any other concerns you have. I specialize in scaling/adjusting any workout for any client. My remote coaching and custom programming is created with you, specifically for you.
Mutch Fitness caters to clients of all backgrounds and strives to create a coach/client relationship that is based off of communication, processes, and goals. No matter who you are, where you are in your fitness journey, we believe if you are reaching out to us you will be able to be successful with our programming. Whether it is a challenging schedule or mindset, Mutch Fitness delivers on creating a workout routine that will never fail you.
Your health is not temporary, we believe that this is a long term, transformational process of your routine, habits, and mindset. We don’t believe in any sort of ‘crash’ when it comes to your health. The more time you invest in your health over time, the longer it will last. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and that is how you will be coached!
Remote Personal Programming and Coaching
This is for the busy bee or the client struggling to figure out the right workout to do at their local gym. I provide accountability to make sure you’re getting the most out of each visit. Currently, I train remotely from NYC to LA, with custom programs to fit any lifestyle.
Consultation – For all remote clients, I require a consultation to review your fitness goals and current lifestyle. This can be done over the phone, Facetime, or via email. I have created a simple questionnaire to get the initial details of your interest in remote training, but we will discuss it more at length once I review it. Your goals, biggest challenges, scheduled days, length of workout, and type of movements will be determined during our consultation. We will also discuss the progression of your movements over time so you know just where your programming is heading!
Custom Programming – You will have access to your workouts 2 days prior to their due date using, True Coach, a remote training app. In True Coach, I enter in your custom programming with all of the information you will need for a great workout. This includes explanation of each workout, demo videos, and additional comments. At the end of each workout you will leave me your results so I can ensure the workouts for you are getting you a step closer to your goals each and every time! Whether you have an hour and a half or some days you only have 15 minutes, you’ll get the most out of your time that is available every workout! We understand life is hectic, but we know everyone deserves the time to always improve their lives.
Nutrition Coaching – Optional nutrition counseling provides optimal results for our clients. Fueling your body properly will only help to enhance your workout and fitness goals.
Accountability – I’ll create a schedule with you and ensure you are following the schedule we’ve agreed to. From there, I will check in via text, messages through the app, or whichever method you prefer. I’ll require you to upload videos for safety and form, and I’ll then send feedback, coaching advice, and other comments based on your performance. We’ll have regular check-ins based on your goals.
